Oregon is home to a small market of patent litigators who pick up valuable work from companies in the Pacific Northwest, such as Microsoft and Amazon.com. Patent litigation practices in the state tend to be sub-sets of larger IP litigation groups, with lawyers practising in this area typically also acting for clients on trademark, copyright and other IPrelated matters.
