Dominick A Conde is active in all aspects of the firm’s patent practice, focusing particularly on large-scale litigation matters related to chemistry, pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical devices and diagnostics. Specific technologies that Mr Conde has worked with include chemotherapy agents, anti-viral agents, expectorants, anti-bacterial agents, anti-histamines, antihypertension agents, filtration devices, writing instruments and fire-fighting apparatus. Clients that Mr Conde has represented include Adams Respiratory, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Reckitt- Benckiser, Daiichi Sankyo, Eli Lilly & Co, Warner Chilcott, Sanofi- Aventis, Sepracor and Reliable Sprinkler Company, primarily as lead trial counsel.

Mr Conde formerly served as the firm’s managing partner and is currently on the firm’s management committee. He has received recognition in Super Lawyers: New York Metro Edition and Legal 500.

Mr Conde is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York; the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; the US District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York; and the US Patent and Trademark Office. He received his JD from Franklin Pierce Law Centre and his BS in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
